Subprocessors

Last updated: 25 April 2026

To deliver our services, Pirida Limited ("Pirida", "we", "us", "our") engages a small number of trusted third-party subprocessors. These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions, and are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. This page lists our current subprocessors and links to their privacy resources.

How we source and enrich data

We build profiles by drawing on publicly available information — such as public talks, podcasts, posts on public platforms, professional profiles, company databases, and regulatory filings. Examples of the kinds of sources we use include YouTube, X, Spotify, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, G2, GitHub, TechCrunch, Bloomberg, and public regulatory filings (such as SEC).

When we read information from these public sources, we act as an independent controller of the data we collect. These sources are not our subprocessors: they do not process personal data on our behalf or under our instructions. They are independent platforms from which we obtain publicly available information.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent mechanisms. AWS makes such mechanisms available through its GDPR Center.

Model training

Pirida does not allow customer data to be used to train third-party foundation models. Amazon Bedrock contractually commits that customer prompts and completions are not used to train or improve any AWS or third-party model, see Amazon-model training & privacy.

Changes to this list

We may update our subprocessors from time to time as our services evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For more detail on how we handle information, see our Privacy Policy.
